1.     It will take a lot of the Panhellenic council’s time

2.     It will take some time before the new sorority is at the same level as the current sororities. This means they will need a lot of support and guidance.

                                            vi.     Misconceptions of expansion

1.     The new organization will not take all the available girls from the current organizations

a.     The new organization will not have priority over any other sorority and will have the same limits as the rest of the organizations

b.     It will be a few years before the new organization makes it to quota. They will not be extending bids to 80 girls in their first recruitment period.

2.     The national headquarters for the new organization will be responsible for any financial need the organization will have.

a.     Current organizations will not be responsible for any of the new organization’s finances

3.       Room reservation will be a problem with or without expansion

a.     At the rate the current organizations are growing, chapters will find it difficult to book a room that meets their needs without expansion. There are very few large venue rooms on Loyola’s campus

vii.     If there are any questions or concerns please contact Cleary, Adrienne, or any of the executive board
